At this informal event, you will have the opportunity to share people-related know-how and best practice with other HR professionals, managers, and business owners from across the County, as well as understand more and ask questions on topical subjects from the world of HR.

9:30 to 9:45 – Arrival, Refreshments and Networking
9:45 to 11:00 – HR Topic - Update on Employment Law – A summary of recent legal amendments and their potential effects on your Organisation, addressing both employers and employees. This will be an informal group session aimed at sharing best practices and pinpointing any areas of heightened risk or anticipated changes.
11:00 to 11:15 – Q&A
11:15 to 11:30 – Peer to Peer Reflection
Closing with some time to reflect on discussions before heading back to the car, and the opportunity to discuss with other attendees or the speakers.
