One of the most popular networking events is Business Solutions Evenings, which are held quarterly across the county. Designed to give local companies the opportunity to promote their products and services to other local businesses throughout Shropshire, These events provide an ideal networking environment to source new business and suppliers. Chamber Members are entitled to exclusive discounts off the price of exhibition space and delegate places are free of charge.
The team also organises a number of workshops and seminars on a variety of business issues such as Marketing and PR, Business Legislation, Employment issues, as well as “meet your MP” clinics.
The highlight of the corporate calendar is the annual Shropshire Chamber Business Awards, which is hosted in conjunction with the Shropshire Star. The prestigious event provides a golden opportunity to recognise the business success, which exists so prevalently in Shropshire. Many companies choose to reward their employees and key customers at the event through corporate hospitality.

Business Awards
Shropshire Business Awards is quite simply the highlight of the business social calendar, a glittering evening with a 3 course dinner, live entertainment, fun casino and guest speaker. The 2011 Awards will be held at the Telford International Centre on Friday June 3rd.
