Shropshire Chamber of Commerce provides high quality, good value meeting and training rooms centrally located within Shropshire, easily accessible with free parking and clear inclusive pricing.

The facilities have been purposely refurbished for hosting events and seminars, based within the Chambers facility on Stafford Park 4, Telford and offer a perfect answer to your event needs.

The boardroom seats up to 16 in executive style comfort while the Wenlock training room can be adapted to suit meetings and seminars from 6 to 106 delegates with its dividing wall. Whether you need to hold a board meeting, a seminar or training session the Chamber can accommodate your needs.

The board room has a 50-inch plasma screen, other rooms have a ceiling projector. All facilities have Wifi – wireless Internet, A1 flip charts and pens, tea, coffee and water.

The Chamber have opted to provide catering facilities via a quality caterer to meet your requirements with prices starting from £5.00 per head for a finger buffet, hot breakfast rolls and fork lunches are available. Whatever you’re dietary requirements, the Chamber are pleased to arrange catering to meet your needs.

The Board Room (Shrewsbury & Telford Offices)

Executive comfort with 16 high backed leather chairs placed round a magnificent table, a second table is available in the room with 2 chairs ideally placed for observers to record meeting notes if required. The price includes Tea, Coffee and Water throughout your meeting. The room is equipped with a large 50” Plasma Screen, A1 flip charts and pens. Catering is by prior arrangement.

The Wenlock Rooms

The adaptable Wenlock room will meet your business needs, a large room with a sound proofed removable wall providing a variety of seating arrangements from a standing reception for 100 guests, theatre style for 80 or Classroom for 60 and yet is comfortable using the dividing wall for 10 delegates. The price includes Tea, Coffee and Water throughout your meeting. Both rooms have a ceiling mounted projector, both have A1 flip charts and pens. Catering is by prior arrangement.
