Rybrook BMW Shrewsbury by name, but we are proud to be the only BMW Dealership to cover the county of Shropshire.  As part of the successful Rybrook Holdings group of companies the history of Rybrook dates back to its foundation in 1937 by H Whale as Ryland Motors.  The company retains its family business status to this very day, and whilst the group has changed significantly we have represented BMW in Shropshire since acquisition in 2005.  From 2005 we have significantly invested in standalone BMW and MINI businesses, not only creating an environment to bring the BMW Group brand to life in Shropshire, but also creating an excellent customer experience reputation.

The Customer Experience

We recognise that our customers are loyal to the BMW brand, but want to do business locally.  The team are dedicated to delivering an experience befitting of any Premium Brand.  Building and maintaining relationships with our existing customers and then proactively looking for new ones is what makes our business successful.

Rybrook provide a local and personal service that can be tailored to the needs of our customers.  This could involve business partnership consultations at your office, collection and delivery for your servicing needs, or even test driving one of the many BMW models on display at our showroom.  The team aim to meet and then exceed the expectations of our customers on a daily basis.

The team

Employing over 60 people across Sales, Aftersales, Marketing and Accounts Rybrook recruit from all over Shropshire and also into Staffordshire.  With a philosophy of “recruiting for attitude, and training for skill” Rybrook has an excellent team of highly trained specialists who are all developed through the BMW UK Academy.  More recently being advocates for the apprenticeship scheme has lead to taking on 9 apprentices in the last 3 years, all of who have integrated successfully into full time positions and progressed within.
