The Practice of WDW Architects is Shrewsbury based and has enjoyed continuous development since 1961 during which time it has progressed from a purely local Practice to being involved in nationwide projects with a national clientele working with nationally recognised Agents, Consultants and Contractors.
The Practice philosophy is...
...to establish a close working relationship with our Clients to understand the Clients aims and objectives and from this set out a clear design brief, then to develop the design with the Client. Where appropriate we will advise on the use of other consultants and liaise with them as team leaders on behalf of the Client. We aim to produce a design that meets with the Clients requirements and to complete a project on budget and on time.
We always endeavour to develop good working relationships with Planning Officers and other Statutory Authority Officers as we believe this to be a key ingredient in obtaining planning permission for a Clients preferred design.
As a result we have enjoyed a very high success rate with planning applications to the benefit of our Clients.
The Practice is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance currently at the level of £2m each and every claim. If required, this can be formally confirmed by the Practice Brokers, Messrs. Beaumont Lawrence & Company Limited
