Shropshire Chamber have partnered with Flightdeck to provide a highly effective Customer Relationship Management system by means of improving team working and communication, gain tighter control of the business, maximise sales opportunities and iIncrease customer loyalty.

Courtesy of your Chamber, you can now find out what impact CRM could have on your business in the form of a complimentary CRM Review, which usually takes about an hour.

If, after the review, it appears that CRM is relevant to you and your business, the Chamber is offering you the opportunity to take part in a Flightdeck Workshop. This Workshop usually costs £500, but is FREE to all Chamber Members.

The objectives of the Flightdeck Workshop are to gain an understanding of your business processes in more detail and to discuss how Flightdeck could work in your business; there is no obligation whatsoever to continue with the implementation.

Flightdeck is not going to be the right solution for every business and if they think it’s not going to be appropriate, they will tell you so. They will also encourage you to say it’s not for you if that is how you feel.

If you do decide to go ahead with Flightdeck, then they will work in partnership with you into the future to ensure you are able to use the system effectively. They will also ensure that the system adapts and changes as your own business requirements change.

Essentially, Flightdeck will provide the advantages of a bespoke solution to your requirements but at similar costs and timescale to buying shrink-wrapped software.
