Chamber Workplace Pensions Service
We are proud to introduce the innovative Shropshire Chamber Workplace Pensions service, brought to you by Nick Jones of Nick Jones Wealth Planning, who are Shropshire Chamber Patrons and also a Senior Partner Practice of the highly respected St. James’s Place Wealth Management. He and his team are based on Shrewsbury Business Park and have clients throughout Shropshire and beyond.
This member benefit is designed to give you a bespoke level of service to ensure you are able to comply with the new requirements with the minimum of fuss so you can concentrate on your business.
Every employer needs to implement a workplace pension scheme by a prescribed date between now and 2018. Generally those with more employees are sooner and those with fewer are later, but all have a specific date to comply. The Pensions Regulator is writing to each firm quite some time before their ‘staging date’ to encourage them to begin thinking about the demands on their time and to plan ahead. Huge fines are being levied for those missing the deadline (starting at £400 per day).
We have developed our solution and are offering two levels of support; Standard and Comprehensive, and here is a summary of each:
- Confirmation of Staging Date
- Employer guidance regarding legal obligations
- Signposting of the most appropriate provider in your specific company situation
- Assistance to design the most suitable scheme detail (contribution basis)
- Setting up the selected scheme
- Integrating with payroll
- Initial employee education (group level)
As Standard, PLUS
- Financial employer and employee contribution forecast
- Executive review service (Business Owners and Directors)
- Employee personal advice (existing plan reviews)
- Assistance with the Declaration of Compliance
To register your interest (with no obligation) please email firstname.lastname@example.org, visit http://www.njwealthplanning.co.uk/workplacepensions or call 01952 208200. We will confirm a few details including your PAYE Reference number so please have it to hand or include it in your email.
Nick Jones represents only St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc (which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority) for the purpose of advising solely on the Group’s wealth management products and services, more details of which are set out on the Group’s website www.sjp.co.uk/products.
The title ‘Senior Partner’ is the marketing term used to describe St. James’s Place representatives. The value of a pension will be directly linked to the performance of the funds selected and may fall as well as rise. You may get back less than the amount invested.
